Have you ever noticed that the first one to be creative and
risk, climbs to the top of success and achieves the greatest
impact on the rest, than those who *only* follow?
Your priorities in life, obviously, need to be put first ...
first in how you schedule your time, energy, focus and
activities. However, balance is necessary to keep well
Aesop's Goose that lays the Golden eggs YOU!
The foundational support that sustains your health and
attitude can not be minimized in importance, as Goethe
wrote, "Things which matter most must never be at the mercy
of things which matter least."
My point is that there is usually one person, and others
follow suit. I have heard the phrase that you must "Be
Master of your own Line" to succeed in any endeavor. My
belief is that "you and I" are that First person in the Line
and all others have equal opportunity to be included in this
perspective "you and I", and so on, and so on, and so on ...
This is a choice we all have the privilege to enjoy, to
receive the openness to follow a "Master" and to become one
ourselves ... in our own unique way.
Each of you, with the special formula God has blessed your
life with, has the power to be a drop of water on a mirror-
like calm lake, with the splash being of a circular ripple,
which has no end, moving outward, in the positive difference
that your actions take on to change the lives and destinies
of others who are touched by them.
Unfortunately, most people who perceive that success is
possible for them, just do not work hard enough on themselves
to put it all together. They let fear and doubt invade and
control their thoughts in the quiet hours of their day and
sabotage all hope to get to the top of the mountain of goal
attainment (Dreams coming true).
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, Our deepest
fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light
not our darkness that frightens us most."
-- Marrianne
Williamson.
To achieve your goals and Dreams, learn something I read
this week from a Bible passage which is the origin behind
the "Doubting Thomas' " of the world. You know them, the
ones who just won't buy into your level of enthusiasm to
make the world a better place.
See if you can relate to Thomas, and overcome the need to
"See it To Believe it" ... rather learn to "Believe it
BEFORE you See it" and your life will change ... here it
goes (gulp)
"But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with
them when Jesus came. The other disciples therefore were
saying to him, "We have seen the Lord!" But he said to
them, "Unless I shall see in His hands the imprint of the
nails, and put my finger into the place of the nails, and
put my hand into His side, I will not believe."
"And after eight days again His disciples were inside, and
Thomas with them. Jesus came, the doors having been shut,
and stood in their midst, and said, "Peace be with you."
Then He said to Thomas, "Reach here your finger, and see
My hands; and reach here your hand, and put it into My side;
and be not unbelieving, but believing." Thomas answered
and said to Him, "My Lord and my God!" Jesus said to him,
"Because you have seen Me, have you believed? Blessed
are they who did not see, and yet believed."
-- Bible (John 20:24-29).
I doubt very much that an angel/prophet will appear in YOUR
life and be like the Ghost of the Future, as in Dickens' A
Christmas Carol, however, there is much support to
strengthen your abilities to SEE into the future to some
degree (preferably in descriptive detail and measurable)
and create a change in direction in that which way your mind
is calling you to go ... and then the hard part, stay on
this path.
A Change in Direction ... for the Better!
