What is the quickest way to making fast profits on the Internet?
Setting up joint ventures with established Internet marketers
could be your key to real profits.
Sure, you could set up your own affiliate program for your
product and service and get up an army of sales people to work
for you, but partnering up with established *big dogs* will make
you faster sales..
Why?
The simple reason is "reputation." By setting up joint ventures
with established players, you will be partnering up with
individuals who have developed trusting relationships with
thousands of their own customers and readers.
If you can get just one Internet marketer to endorse your
product to his or her list of 15,000 readers, it will put more
money in your pocket then one hundred affiliates who average ten
hits to their web site every year!
Setting up a joint venture is not rocket science. Simply find
the individuals who have developed a strong reputation who
can reach a lot of people and ask them to endorse your product.
This could be the publishers of the ezines you subscribe to on a
regular bases or a web site that compliments your product or
service. These are the people you need to help endorse your
product!
But, wait!
Before you do that, you better make sure that you are going to
ask them to endorse a product or service that they would be
proud of. Asking them to endorse a product or service that is
of low quality will not only result in them saying "no", but you
will also shoot your credibility in their eyes.
And that could mean, no more joint ventures with that individual
in the future. :(
Joint ventures can also work in the other direction. If you do
not have your own product or service, don't worry, you can still
set up successful joint ventures. If you have a web site that
generates a lot of traffic or an ezine with a lot of readers,
you can contact the owner of a product or service and offer to
endorse it for a cut of the profits.
If they already run an existing affiliate program, you can even
justify a higher commission based on the number of sales you
will bring him or her. Most of these individuals will not
hesitate to give you a bigger slice of the money pie..
Joint ventures with other ezine publishers is also good way to
increase the circulation of your own opt-in list.
I have seen a joint venture between six or seven ezines who
agree to run a contest for new subscribers by giving away free
advertising in their ezines. Their ezines have a combined
circulation of over 100,000 subscribers.
If the potential subscriber is willing to be put on the
subscriber list of all these ezines, they are entered into the
contest with a chance to win all the free advertising.
All the publishers benefit because they get a lot of new
subscribers and only have to give up one free ad spot in their
ezine. The publishers jointly promote the contest in their
respective ezines.
